Went to the folly for a carvery roast. Food was lovely but none of the staff acted like the way knew what they were doing. No one explained how the carvery worked and we were sat for 10 minutes trying to figure out what we were meant to do. Secondly, we requested for a single wine glass 4 times before it was brought to us. 4 times!!!!!! And every time we were told it’s on its way. I worked in hospitality as a waitress myself, I understand you can get busy, but this was ridiculous. All our drink orders where wrong and to top it off we were overcharged. There was one waiter who told us he had only been working for 2 weeks and he was the best out of all of them.
