Meg's Petersfield — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Went to Megs for the Pancake day dessert evening with my two daughter and friend and god it was good. we hadn't booked but they were very accommodating and gave us a table. The pancakes and waffles were outstanding and huge it even beat my daughter who loves a dessert. Really nice coffee and hot chocolate. The cakes on display looked very tempting so came home with their Banana cake, Brownie and Millionaire shortbread which were also very very tasty. I would highly recommend Megs. We will definitely be back to do afternoon tea, coffee and all those naughty but incredibly tasty cakes, waffles...

My daughter and I took my friend for afternoon tea at Meg’s. WOW! It was delicious and incredible value for money. Lots of little different flavoured finger sandwiches, big scones with jam and clotted cream, a variety of home baked cakes and gorgeous cheese straws. We couldn’t eat it all so we given a box to take the rest home. The staff are so friendly and it’s a family run business headed by Meg. Would highly recommend. Having been following all the facebook posts hungrily! Excited to have at last stopped at Meg's for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. It didn't disappoint, in fact exceeded expectations and some ❤️ Fabulous, fresh, tasty food, beautiful setting with inviting and classy decor (loved the clean and quirky toilet too, and I'm a clean freak!) The staff and Meg were super helpful and welcoming. Couldn't recommend more highly. What a gem. Looking forward to our next visit. Ps the Rocky road bars are to die for...
