Zeyna Bistro Bar — Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

Tried Zeyna for the first time last night, the decor and style of the restaurant is really nice and the service was very personable and friendly.

I had the pina colada mocktail, which was lovely and thick and had a really nice flavour.

I had the lamb with hummus for my starter. which was really well flavoured, a bit on the spicy side if you’re not good with spice but it was lovely! The portion size was really good for a starter too!

I then had the seafood sharing platter as my main. It was huge! The tempura prawns and calamari were my favourite!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food and drink came fast and was tasty! I would definitely come again to try more...

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was my birthday and the girls waiting on us figured this out and I was told the cocktail I ordered was on the house which was really lovely of them. We received a complimentary (and very tasty) hummus dish because one of our starters was accidentally dropped on route to us but we didn't even notice, they were still so prompt! At the end of my meal they brought my dessert out with a candle and sang happy birthday to me which was entirely unprompted but a really lovely and personal touch. Thank you girls! Ultimately, wasn’t too impressed with this place, was optimistic at first as the service was pretty good, Rav is an incredible sever! They have a beautiful location but I ordered a ribeye mid rare and it came out mid well to well done, didn’t have the time to send it back so I just ate it, it was seasoned well and they did have one of my favorite scotch’s, had a mushroom appetizer that’s was good as week, I will be back mostly because of...
