Every part of the order was wrong.

We ordered waffles with a few extra toppings, but I think we either got someone else's order, or they threw together whatever bits they had left. Also asked for extra ice cream, but we didn't get the ice cream that it comes with, let alone the extra.

We asked for 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, but we got coconut.

Ordered 2 milkshakes, but I cannot tell what flavour we actually got, so I can't confirm whether or not their versions of what we ordered, we're correct or not. There were no significant tastes.

Delivery driver was very polite, the first lady I spoke to on the phone was also very polite & helpful.

I spoke to another lady, twice, who was in charge of the desserts, Carla (possibly misspelled). First conversation, she sounded mardy & not bothered, & when I reeled off the issues, her only excuses were that there was no vanilla ice cream & they were very busy, & that she'd also tried to call me (not true). She told me she would get the boss to call me.

Second phone conversation with Carla, honestly sounded like I was talking to a completely different person, very chipper & happy compared to the Carla from 10 minutes previous. After having spoken with her boss, she proclaimed that it was entirely her fault (well, yeah!) that the order was wrong & offered to fulfil the order the following day (but we are not going to be here as we are going back home) or have a refund, but we paid by cash. So Carla said she speak again with her boss & he would call me back. I have not had that phone call so I don't think I'll be getting my money back.
