Domino's Pizza - Uttoxeter — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Ordered a Pizza here to collect 20 minuets later. The price of the Pizza was £25.95 Arrived at the store for collection and, later whom I found was the manager then told me it was £34.70. Thought this was quite unusual but family with me was special services so had a 50% discount. Asked to apply this and it was now once again £25.95? I argued this to which he then stated it should should have been £50 odd?? None of this made sense, stood for about 10 minuets at 9pm after a long day at Alton Towers arguing with him to which I then went next door to the kebab for him to most likely throw the Pizza away. I made a large order (11 sides + 22 pizzas including 3 gluten free) to be delivered to a rented property which was up an unnamed track in Somersal Herbert - a difficult ask for any business. As the order was too large to be done online, I had to phone. I spoke to Param who was incredibly patient and extremely helpful. She sorted out the order and a short while later the manager rang and asked to share a live location so that he could ensure the food was hot when it arrived. As a result the order arrived on time, hot and was enjoyed by all. Thank you Param and the staff at Domino's...

Been ordering from then for nearly 4 months, only once have i had a slightly incorrect order and even then they didn't get it that wrong (Just swapped off ham for more meatballs). If you give them patience and respect you'll find they are very happy to help. The worst experience isn't even the company, it's their customers being rude, derogatory and demanding everything right away. Stop it, if you get your pizza 5 minutes late then be happy they've taken their time and ensured your satisfaction.
