Grahams cafe — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

We often visit here as it is local, but we have come away feeling very upset and disappointed today. Would always recommend this place until we recently visited. Found one member of staff ( who I believe is the owner) very rude whilst we were ordering our breakfast. We arrived just before 12:30, we noticed they closed at 1pm but thought it was worth stopping by, we would rather have been politley told they wernt taking anymore ordereds instead of the man shouting because he had to put more bacon on and cook another breakfast. Felt very uncomfortable being there. We asked if there was a problem and the response from a member of staff was " its like Karen's Diner, but a male version" which is sad because we didn't go or pay to be spoken to like that. Feel very put off visiting again...

One of the best cafes in Burton, the staff are very friendly and professional. We use graham's cafe to order sandwiches for the engineer's, 14 at a time, for collection, best to drop off order in morning from 06:30 and ask for collection time,you could also ring in order if you wish, always have got the order correct and on time. Also they provide eating in, two floors. Plenty of space. Car park at the side of business. There is a challenge breakfast if you can tackle it, I've not got there yet. The door step sandwiches are amazing. Definitely recommend this...

Me and a few others from work have been coming to grahams cafe for years,as we had feared since graham and Linda sold the cafe it has unfortunately gone down hill massively,the food is not the same and on the last 2 occasions we have left empty handed due to not even being open on time ! This had never happened in the last 5 years I have been going, unfortunately due to the disappointment and wasted trips they have lost a few good customers here, maybe the owner needs to change there opening hours to a time they can keep up with or set there alarm a...
