Literally just visited here, the lady serving us could do with taking a customer service skills course! Rude is an understatement. No manners at all, almost threw the muffins at me and spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt as I didn’t hear her as if I wanted separate bags for my muffins so I asked her politely to repeat the question. I Came here a few days ago when I ordered a bacon and sausage bap then the employee Callum turned around to make my coffee before he made the bap.
