I ordered 7 ice creams from inside shop and waited outside for ice creams to come, one fell off cone due to ice cream being quite runny and was told that the freezers inside not working very well , so all the cone ice creams were put into tubs, we waited for replacement ice cream as we had ordered 2 rum and raisins . To our amazement the manger said her staff told her we had all the ice creams and basically we were accused of wanting to steal another ice cream , had to stand outside while other customers thinking we were wanting to basically steal a ice creams, I feel the staff are quite young and need to be trained on how to treat...

Thank you for making Dad’s visit yesterday so special for his 80th Birthday! You went above and beyond to accommodate when friends purchased a voucher for him for his birthday, but were unable to collect it, so you kindly passed it on to him directly on his visit yesterday. He felt so special with the chocolate and candle touch too! Thanks for being a fab place he feels comfortable going solo every weekend with my Dog and meeting friends he made from just visiting Indulgence regularly. What a fantastic and authentic little place! As a fussy Italian, I can tell you the Canolli and espresso was as authentic and tasty as you're gonna get! The owner was working hard behind the counter, taking great care and attention to detail with every order. It was a pleasure to watch him work and hustle.

Although busy he still made time to tell me about their Italian Brandy, which is worth a try!

To top it, the price was brilliant. Just £5 for any coffee and pastry! Cozy livs and all that we all need a bargain these...
