Boss Chicken — Restaurant in East Suffolk

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boss Chicken, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the staff. The food was simply incredible - the chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and the chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them. The portions were generous, ensuring I left fully satisfied. The atmosphere of the place was fantastic, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. I can't recommend Boss Chicken highly enough - if you're in the mood for some delicious comfort food served with a smile, look no further! Five stars...

We have had boss chicken a few times before and it has been lovely however this time was not the same. Once we had ordered and paid we saw the person working filling up the freezer with Iceland chicken. Which isn't the end of the world but previously when we have been in we saw the guy working actually batter the chicken himself. Me and my husband ordered different meals but we both had bits of meat on our chicken fillets that we couldn't eat. I ordered from here as it is a new takeaway and i thought i would try it. Never again!!!! I had the lamb ribs meal and chilli cheese bites. The ribs were 97% bone and what so called meat was on them was fatty and chewy, hardly edible and covered in so much bbq sauce it could of been any "meat". The chips and chilli cheese bites were luke warm and the meal was generally awful and a complete waste of money. For a new business the standards are far below expectations. I will not be ordering...
