Nice & Spicey — Restaurant in East Suffolk

My first 2 experiences were exceptional. Even my mother, who isn't a fan of spiced food had found something joyful.

However, after my most recent experience, I have to say that I'm disappointed. I ordered a special vegetarian meal for 1 as a part of a larger order, and despite things being included on the menu, it doesn't mean you will receive everything that is included on there. I contacted them after collection when I realised the samosas were missing, and I was informed that you either get rice or samosas. I ordered under the impression that I'd get what is in the menu. Really big disappointment and just makes the experience bad, as you don't really know what you'll get and what you're paying for. Please don't do this to your customers, it really doesn't encourage you...

We recently ordered, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. The food was stale, lacking any freshness whatsoever. Despite the menu promising spicy dishes, everything was bland and lacked the expected kick. Additionally, the cuisine was advertised as Indian, but it wasn’t it. The flavors were a bizarre mix of different cuisines, none of which were executed well. Overall, it was a regrettable dining experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking authentic Indian flavours or...

So we ordered for our big family including children, we was told the delivery wait was 45 mins! We got our food 2 hours later absolutely freezing cold and half the food missing. I phoned and was told they would send the driver straight out, we waited another hour by this time nobody wanted cold reheated food so £50 worth of food went in the bin. No refund, sorry or nothing offered.. A very well run business 👏
