Coffeelink Ltd — Restaurant in East Suffolk

The produce is fine, I've been to loads of coffeelinks and you know what you're getting. But the manager (Claire is her name I believe) is honestly someone that should never work in a customer facing environment. She makes you feel like your order is a massive inconvenience to her personally. She's abrupt, rude and disinterested. But worst of all is the way she talks down to and belittles the other employees in full sight and hearing of customers. It's no wonder other reviews mention the poor atmosphere and staffing, it looks a thoroughly miserable place to work, at least when she's there. Horrible. We were three adults and a toddler = lovely sunny day and lots of folk around. There were only two paninis left at lunchtime. The staff were lovely but couldn't give us allergy info about any of the ingredients in the food which was important for us. Over £6 for one average ham/cheese panini and two teas was disappointing. With such a lovely location we couldn't believe the food was so bad and uninteresting. Come on guys, do better, or let the place to someone who can. Why were you using flimsy paper plates and handing out plastic cups that were too hot to hold. ...

Met some friends for a Christmas coffee here. For Woodbridge, it was very reasonably priced. The coffee and hot chocolate are to be recommended and the cakes looked delicious - but I decided that I really didn't need any extra calories at the moment. The cafe was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were joined at our table by a lost poodle! He must have known we were dog friendly as he came straight to us.
