Domino's Pizza - Felixstowe — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Wow Really surprised by this I order all the time and the pizza is usually really hot and fresh and at my door with in 40mins. I can honestly say that I am so disappointed tonight. Our pizza took well over an hour to arrive. I wouldn't have minded the wait , however when it arrived the pizza was cold. It tasted as if it had been left out for the hour we waited! I was worried we would end up getting ill if we ate it without reheating. I ended up reheating in my oven. What a waste as crust went hard after double baking. I thought of calling to complain but didn't fancy a debate with the store ..don't think i would have been happy to wait another hour or pay for a new one.

So after I reviewed and made a comment on the official website I received an email the very next day apologising for the service I received. I was offered a free large pizza. ! I ordered it and it came with in 25 minutes! It was hot and fresh as usual! And it really made up for the ones we had Halloween night. I'm really impressed with the customer service .. definitely won't stop ordering. The price is always reasonable. There are so many deals you never really have to pay full price. Just got around to posting this! We went to Domino in Felixstowe on the 5th July at 9.45pm to eat in, when we got there a staff member was putting all the tables and chairs away, so to start with we were disappointed! After ordering our food we come across how disgusting & dirty this place was! On inspection we came across chew gum and some other unpleasant things stuck to every table!! On poking the gum it was solid as if its been there for months if not years! Chairs covered in doe coating and other grime, so i'm not disappointed dining in! Staff clearly could see how dirty the tables are and haven't done anything about it! We've walked past several time this month and to this day the gum remains on the tables in the same places. I wont be going back! Rant Over! Happy Dining @ Domino's...

I ordered 2 meteor pizzas and cookies instore, walked back home to only find out that they were wrong so we called up and asked for the right ones for delivery. Came with one pizza, we asked for the other pizza considering we paid a lot of money… he then comes back with the wrong pizza. The pizzas that we had they had taken back for some strange reason as if they are going to give someone else pizza that has been touched by someone else. Will not be ordering from here again. Poor service. Ruined our night as we have had to wait multiple times for the correct order and on top of all of this there was hair in one...
