DO NOT EAT HERE My spouse worked here for 3 days before she had to quit because the staff and management are so disgusting. Want an ice cream? I wouldn't. The shift manager on each of the 3 days would serve himself one, eat half and put the remains back in the machine. Don't even think about getting any sauces... She was often told to rummage through each of the bins to take out unused sauce packets and then put them back with the new ones. Want to eat off a clean tray? Think again. They are cleaned with the same dirty cloth and water as the tables and floors (not that the water gets changed). Think the paper will be clean? Nah, to save time they put the paper on the tray and stack them beforehand, so any bacteria will just transfer from the dirty tray above it. Want the person handling your food to have clean hands? Staff would happily sneeze, cough and clean the toilets without ever washing their hands to then serve you. When questioned why nobody washed their hands, the answer was "we're too busy for that". Want freshly cooked chicken? This place doesn't think so, they just reheat the previous days leftovers to give you that extra greasy dry taste we all love. Talking of chicken, ever wondered what the staff do with food they drop on the floor? They just wait until there's no customers watching, pick it up and put it back where it came from.

I reported all of this to KFC central management 3 MONTHS AGO, and they promised they would investigate and get back to me. As they haven't said anything else for 3 months, they either don't care or they have found how disgusting this place is and they don't want...

Our visit to the Martlesham KFC was an absolute delight and stood out as one of the best fast food dining experiences we've had recently. Despite a steady flow of customers, the atmosphere was wonderfully calm and serene. The staff were not only polite but genuinely warm, welcoming, and highly attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed without us ever feeling rushed. The entire service felt personal and gracious, making us feel truly valued as guests. Although we only ordered simple chicken sandwich snacks, fries and drinks, our items arrived fresh and prompt and gave a great impression of superb efficiency. The chicken is actual real chicken, not mushed up reconstituted chicken. Beyond the excellent service, the standards of cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable. The dining area was spotless, with tables cleared and sanitised. We appreciated the professional policies in place. It's clear that upholding high hygiene standards is a top priority here, ensuring a pristine environment for all diners. I must also commend the restroom facilities. The toilets were immaculate and smelled fresh. They reflected the same meticulous attention to detail seen throughout the restaurant area, a true marker of a well-managed and quality establishment. Well this was an experience, ordered on the self serve thing. Chicken fillet for my husband no cheese or mayo and a banquet box for me. Sat at our table patiently and waited. Husband's meal arrived all correct along with a second fillet in a bun complete with cheese and mayo. First problem not what I ordered, 2nd problem I am allergic to mayo and loath cheese. Return my meal to the counter to arrange for my correct meal, only to be told this was what I ordered, don't think so. A young lady checked the order history and confirmed this was what my order was. Definitely not. Asked for the order number but I wasn't given an order number but told her the table number we assigned the meal to. Apparently there was no order assigned to that table. Worrying as my husband was sitting at the table enjoying his meal. Ok so after much deliberation and insistence I was wrong, the very helpful young man who originally delivered our meals suggested she looked at the history on the monitor above the cooked food rather than on the till display, and guess what there was my order for 2 Meals one of them my box.
