Burger King — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Sadly I chose to go back this place tonight. The previous 2 times resulted in me getting home with teppid food , and also 1 meal out of 3 not in the bag.

So stupidly I went back tonight , and you guessed it ! After getting home right across town we opened the bag and only 2 meals in the bag ! One missing !

So back in the car across town to see if i can manage to relaim a burger. Oh yes we can get you a burger Sir.

Nothing else was offered, as my burger was at home starting to decompose whilst i was driving round town looking for the missing one !

I asked them how difficult can it be to count 3 burgers into a bag....they just looked and said sorry with a sarcastic smile. Burger King is more expensive than the other burger outlet in town , so you expect better. Unfortunately its not the case so be careful and always check the bag before you leave, remember not everyone can count to 3 ;-)

I looked at my post above last night, and I saw that you had replied with a very sincere pre typed message which seemed to be exctly the same as Alisdairs response on the review below. Obviously I had to respond, but to my surprise you deleted my post ! Maybe if you got your house in order i wouldnt have to waste my time and...

It was a Friday mid-day visit, unfortunately this wasn't a positive experience.

I had used the computer screens to order my food on arrival and chose to pay cash in order to use my Defence Discount. With only two families seated on the restaurant and a few customers waiting before me for their food, I found myslef waiting (as did others) for their food. With only a young Megan handing over food at the counter there was nobody to ask or follow upwith. When I had the opportunity to ask where my order was as it didn't appear on the large screen, I was told it does not appear and nothing was prepared as it wasn't paid for yet..... I had been waiting over 20 minutes and nothing prepared as yet. The manager was summoned as I was over half way through my lunchbreak and frustration and hunger was evident.

She apologised and set too in making my order. Part of the burger meat was cold, but I was beyond returning.

Very disappointed in this visit. ...

Good, could do better. Having had a couple of meals from here (and being sat in a vaccine centre) I thought I'd write a review. Done correctly, a BK meal is very, very good. Indeed, our first meal from here was up there with some of the best I've had. Sadly, the second was nowhere near as good. The bun tasted stale and was dry and delicate like tissue paper, was just on the verge of being lukewarm and the onion rings..... Well, the less said about them the better. In fact, whoever prepared them should be sent to the Hague and charged with a warcrime. How does one mess up a pre made Onion ring?!?? But, moving on, with a few minor improvements such as keeping the buns in an airtight container and maybe buying a buzzer to ensure the fries and onion rings aren't overcooked this store has the potential to be excellent. You have a captive audience with this BK, please don't take that for granted and become...
