Subway — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Nice place, good food, had a little run in with a worker, me and my parter asked for a meaty sub and nacho chicken sub, i was soon told that they didn't have enough meatballs, so i asked my partner and she said alright I'll just have a drink, so went back to the counter and said "just scrap the meaty one, I'll just have the nacho chicken" then the staff member said "well i can't make the meaty one since i don't have any meatballs, i can't make something if i don't have the stuff" so i responded "she doesn't want a sub anymore, so just a Nacho chicken please" which the staff said "well what do you want me to do about it, i haven't got the stuff, you'll have to pick something else" shrugging and putting his hands in the air" we was having this conversation for about 3 minutes until my friend walked in and lots of other people and the staff member just changed and said "yeah no problem mate, so just nacho...

I ordered on just eat. So I got the meatless Philly as it comes with cheese red onions peppers and teriyaki sauce. Also a cookie. When I received my order the cookie was a normal chocolate one and I know they replace them if they don't have them but I can't have normal milk chocolate. Then to the actual sub. It came with just the main ingredient the meatless meat. No salad or even sauce I wanted to try some of the meat so I took alittle out to find it has a ice cold center very similar to not completely defrosted food.

I have a leaflet that says this sub comes with the salad as standard unless said otherwise and I did not say otherwise. And the website as far a I remember didn't allow me to have an option to what salad goes in it. Visited here on 2nd April around midday to sit in and eat lunch with my family, the first thing I noticed were the two young lads working (if you can call it that) behind the counter messing about and using obscene language in front of my son and other customers in the shop. We asked for chicken teriyaki which wasn’t available and never is here; we had to have chicken tikka instead and the salad box was not even half full. As we were sitting down eating the two lads put their coats on and went out the back for a cigarette making customers wait who came in after they had gone out. There wasn’t hardly any choice of drinks to chose from either, I will not be using this subway again and will be sticking to my usual one which is a hundred times better.
