On a few days break. Decided place looked nice. Ordered a Lamb meat in naan bread. Staff said “er you mean wrap?” I said ok and paid said £4.50 in change. Whilst awaiting food I decided to order a portion of chips. Staff said I could order the special so I’ll get a drink. I said how much? “Another £1.70”. Ok so I tried to pay and staff said I hadn’t even paid for original food?? I tried to explain I only had a certain amount of change in my pocket so I knew I had already paid but the staff talked in a non-English language and argued with me!?? I said I wasn’t trying to rip them off but I had genuinely paid for initial food. They eventually said just pay the £1.70 and I had no drink. Great service guys!!!! 👎🏻NOT! Frequent customer. The food has gone down hill within the last few months. Man on the phone when ordering was very rude and hung up on me. I had to ring back to amend my order as he failed to do it properly. When my food was being delivered I got a call asking what number I was... He had put the wrong number down. Food was stone cold, chicken kebab was dry and cold and pizza was burnt & cold that it had to be reheated. Having just moved to area told this is best takeaway, having order my family dinner got told wait outside (no-one else waiting) they came out with my order and dropped it on the floor telling me "your order" no thanks or anything.
