Muffin Break — Restaurant in Eastbourne

It was okay but I ordered a sausage roll I'm not being funny but carrots in a sausage roll don't think so it didn't taste right either but I told the waitress that I didn't like it am I girlfriend told it too with that cut them in its later gentleman from Beyond account I've got me a free chocolate muffin so as always well but I've fancied a sausage roll why can't they just do normal sausage rolls or indicate that the sausage roll has got certain things in it it had spices in it and I can't eat spiced because I've got a bad stomach from previous stab injury to my stomach so I can't take spicy food so if they stipulate it to add spices in it I wouldn't have actually my milkshake was lovely and my girlfriend's cup of tea was lovely and croissant I think you shouldn't consider marking...

Our first time in here my wife ordered a mango ice cooler I got a green tea and a ham and cheese panini, we didn't get asked if we wanted the panini cooked let alone knackered and my wife's drink was given to another table with children but instead of replacing the whole drink they just swapped the drinks from there table to ours, we know food hygiene is paramount but we were expected to eat something that would potentially break my teeth, and my wife was potentially having to drink her cooler with the same straws health and safety goes out the window in this place.the staff didn't know where we were sitting and didn't ask us when the drink came out, please retrain your staff in the fundamental of there job, and its great to be greeted with a smile but we expect good service...

Just finished my order and feel it's time to give a open honest review of this establishment..

Ordered a salmon bagel with cream cheese, large hot chocolate and my friend had.a crossaint and coffee. The service as walk in is top notch. The staff here made me as a customer for the first time feel welcome and had an approachable manner. The food when heated was worth it as made the experience so much more enjoyable.

The outlet is clean tidy and well laid out. Had a great coffee break here to be honest, even if Doris who is about 130 years old is blabbing on about the world ending due to Corona on the table next to me.

Would happily return and recommend...
