Fresh & Grill Kitchen — Restaurant in Eastbourne

I have always loved the chicken from fresh & grill kitchen I was almost regular with my online orders from fresh & grill Only recently they had this transformation with new decor which I liked a lot to add on the atmosphere for dinning in. I tried their breakfast & brunch menu for the first time with their limited time 50% discount offer and I would say, I wasn't at all impressed this time. Maybe because you guys have set higher expectations from your lunch and dinner menu. My personal preference would be your specialty grilled chicken. I think you should stick with your traditional lunch and dinner menu, i absolutely love that. I expected a fusion of your traditional touch to the brunch options but wasn't expecting this. (I expected you'll offer things like chicken sandwiches or wraps on smaller portions) I think to promote your dinning experience you guys can do like a taster menu - like a platter where customers can have a taster chicken options on reduced price - if it's for dining promotion for...

Went there for a large order. As soon we entered my kid ran into the dine in area and the staff at reception freaked out and wasn't happy with my 4 year old son. Apparently he complained there's a sign only takeaway!!! Thanks for letting a 4 year old know that.

Placed my order and told to wait 20 minutes. Food got read in about 35-40 minutes. Overpriced with no customer services at all. Ordered 6 burgers, 3 kebabs and 1 mix grill. Burgers were okay though asked to keep one burger plain with no sauce or salad at all. But received the burger with the sauce on it.

Kebabs were charcoal grilled but were served without any sauce or salad. Not happy overall with the food I received. Went back to the shop to get another plain burger no apology. Told to wait 10 minutes However got my order after 20-25 minutes atleast.

We were very disappointed when we opened our packets. Everything were undone. They didn't even bother to grill them before they handed over our foods. We have ordered two full chicken hot,lime and lemon wings and normal chicken breast stripes with chips. All the food was just marinated with spices. It wasn't grilled at all. Was so angry that threw all the food in the bin. We had children(one was 2 and another 6 years) with us. They had chips only as we went to beachy head after we collect our food. Service was very bad as well. The man on the till asked us to wait outside, it was understandable as this current situation but he didn't asked the other person to wait outside! Note that only my husband and one child went inside to order the food. Will never go in there and will tell every family and friends about this. So disgusting the way they treated us.
