Ate from here for years. Ordered a take away Saturday night and wrong order was delivered. (We are all human mistakes happen) We phoned to tell them and it turns out that they had delivered ours to another house. some 20 minutes later, the driver returned to us with the correct order that had obviously been opened by another family (bag was pulled apart and pots had obviously been taken out and opened) as we had done with ours. When I mentioned that it was now cold and I don't want it as it had been delivered to another home and opened by someone else and the dangers with corona he just kept repeating "it is fine" trying to get me to take it. I refused the order and phoned the restaurant, they were not too bothered either and when I explained about transmitting Covid as someone else had opened our order touched it and then given it back to the driver who then re delivered it to us I was met with very little concern, and just the person on the end of the phone blaming the driver for delivering to the wrong address. I told them that our address was on the receipt and the restaurant stuck it to the wrong bag they just argued. Also I have noticed that they have charged us for the order as well even though we did not receive it. Ill be getting that back as soon as they open and will not use them again. Total lack of care for the safety of their customers during these times obviously no Covid restrictions here makes you wonder what goes on that you cant see ! Additional, I can now see that they have refunded the amount back...

One of my family's favourite dishes is called 'Geow Grob. It's a freshly fried wonton, containing a delectable 'soupçon' of minced pork. Over a decade ago one of the kindly staff was always delighted over my very young son's interest in Thai dishes. To my amazement and my son's utter delight, the kindly lady took the time to teach my son how to make these delectable treats. And here we are, almost twenty years later and that wonderful, sincere warmth of Thai people is renewed dozens of time each year as we continue to visit Seeracha. And as my beloved children are grown and live far from 'home,' I know that when I'm longing for kind, professional and talented culinary artists to prepare some of the finest Thai dishes in Eastbourne, I just let my feet, (and my heart) lead me to Seeracha! ...
