🗓️ I came here for the first time in the morning on 30th January for breakfast and was working on my laptop at the cafe till the afternoon ☀️ The team members were attentive and prompt with my order. They were polite and greeted me nicely and made my order with zero mistakes 💯 I enjoyed the tomato, mozzarella, and pesto panini; super dark brownie; earl grey tea; and a mini chocolate 🥪 🫖 🍫 🍽️ I came again on 1st Feb to redeem my free pina colada voucher and it was delicious 🤤 🍍 🥥 As I visited several times again, I took my time and tried the mushroom & cheese toastie, pecan pie, scone with clotted cream & jam, etc. All the items tasted really good. Though the place was short staffed, I was happy to see that all the orders kept coming on time. The only thing that I wasn't very happy with was the price of the mini chocolate. I feel like it shouldn't cost more than 10 p considering the very tiny size (smaller than my thumb 😂). I'd also recommend having charging points and WiFi at the cafe 🔌 📱 Nevertheless, if I focus on the food and service, I'd definitely say I had a very good experience and would love to visit again 😍 The community in the area is also very kind and polite making outsiders feel at ease 🫶 I'd surely recommend this place to whoever visits or lives in...

Went in there with my girlfriend for some hot chocolates and there were a few issues. Firstly their dishwasher was broken so they and to use takeout cups, but these things happen so this didn't affect my rating really. When taking our order the server was very quick with us, like he wanted us out of the way. I appreciate he was probably busy but it didn't seem very friendly. When making the hot chocolate the barista took down her mask and wiped her mouth with her bare hands, put her mask back up and continued touching my cup to make my drink. Even without being in this pandemic that's pretty gross. We found a place to sit down but there were crumbs everywhere so we just brushed them away and bared with it, most other tables had crumbs and even cups on it too. The hot chocolate itself was pretty bland and boring, especially compared with others round the area, but at least it was cheap. Overall I probably won't go there again, my girlfriend and I did chuckle at the hygine rating of 5 they had plastered on their window. 2/5, stars, and that's...

I love this place. Annoyingly so does everyone else. Great team in there and you get a great service. They know their products and they are happy to offer suggestions. I like their food with a good selection for most. I like the layout. You can be in the open area on the massive table or secluded in the smaller section. The design is comfortable and almost like being at home. I have been to a few from this chain and they are consistent which I like. Still prefer this one though. I actually prefer to drink in with this one. It does get really busy though. Almost needs a second floor. They have outside seating which is sheltered. I keep loosing my reward card though so maybe have a app for your phone...
