Lucky to even get one star. Proberly the worse kebab take away we have had.

Ordering was no problem, however the price is a rip off for what you eventually get. We had a small straight forward order which took them an hour and 15 minutes to cook and then another 20 minutes to deliver.

Not only was the food cold, but the person who delivered was very rude and basically threw my order at me from the other wise of the door and went here you go. I was also given the wrong change as well. Not to mention the fact when she knocked the door I though someone was trying to come through it!

When we sat down to eat it was just a disgrace. My burger looked like it had been thrown together. My onions, BBQ sauce and cheese was on the outside of the burger and leaking over everything else. The kebab was greasy and cold same as my son's kids meal which was also missing his orange juice. The large chips looked like a small chips.

All in all I wouldn't order from here again. Very disappointed as just moved to the area and new...

I do not believe the nasty reviews below spouting racism against Turkish and Australian people. Especially when it has been added twice.

We have been using Istanbul Grill for 2 1/2 years now and the food has always been good. The donner meat is a little dubious at times, but overall the lamb and chicken meat kebabs are delicious and always served up in a pita with heaps of salad and sauce.

Their pizza's are very good, I like the Istanbul special, but I swap the green peppers for chilli peppers and they always oblige. Best of all I think is their fried chicken which is always generous sizes and much tastier and cheaper than the local KFC which is absolutely disgusting.

We nearly always have our food delivered. We have no comment on the race of the person who arrives, they are always nice and friendly and honestly who cares what type of car they drive? It's not exactly a well paid job is it!

Well done Istanbul, we are loyal and happy...

LETS PUT THIS STRAIGHT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BECOME A DELIVERY DRIVER AND YOURE SCARED OF DOGS THEN YOU SIMPLY CANT BE A DELIVERY DRIVER AS THEY WILL BE HOUSES WITH DOGS. WE ORDERED FOOD THE OTHER NIGHT, AND WHEN THE DRIVER CAME HE ASKED FOR THE DOGS TO BE UT BACK INSIDE WHOCH WE DID AND THEN THE DRIVER GOT BACK IN HIS CAR AND SAID 'IF U WANT YOUR FOOD YOU WILL HAVE TO COME OVER HERE' HE THEN SPED OF, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF TRYING TO PHONE THEM AND RUNNING UP THE PHONE BILL SOMEONE FINALLY PICKED UP. OUR FOOD WAS DELIVERED IN THE END BY A DIFFRENT PERSON BUT WE SHOULD OF GOT THAT FOOD FOR FREE FOLLOWING OUR EXPERIENCE. ITS LIKE BEING A BUS DRIVER AND SCARED OF DOGS AS PEOPLE ARE GONNA BE COMING ON WITH DOGS AT SOME POINT OR ANOTHER.
