Used the costa in the swan centre this morning. Was queuing when noticing signs that they couldn't do any hot food due to the oven not working. Once ordering I was then told I couldn't use my costa card or app and that I couldn't pay contactless due to system problems. Once then waiting for my order the 2 girls serving had very poor customer service, laughing and giggling the whole time that the one making the drinks stopped what she was doing to instead start chatting and laughing with the one serving on the till. Which caused a bigger delay on waiting for my order while that was happening a bigger queue was forming and by the looking at the customers they didn't look happy either. As someone who works in retail myself as I wasn't happy with their customer service at all, Would rather laugh and joke than serve the customers!
