Poor experience overall. Understaffed, and the main member of staff serving was very miserable. It took nearly half an hour for our order to arrive, my friend only a ordered a smoothie and I ordered a crepe and green tea.
When it arrived my friend couldn't drink her smoothie as it was very lumpy and apparently tasted foul.
My crepes looked quite sad, the peach advertised to come with them was mushy tinned stuff and the crepes had been slightly overlooked and gone crunchy in places.
I had to ask for my green tea, when it arrivedit hadn't even brewed, it was a teabag at the bottom of some hot water in a latte glass... I stirred it and let it brew, it went cloudy (never known that to happen before) and I finally tried it and also couldn't drink it, it tasted like the smell of a bin that needs emptying! Awful!
Overall very VERY dissatisfied with my visit, I had heard a few bad reviews from friends but decide to give this place the benefit of the doubt! Bad idea! Would not recommend, if you ever want something like this, go straight to a Sprinkles who are far...
Read moreWe've become regular visitors to Creams Cafe in Eastleigh, often dropping by for a delightful serving of ice cream to take away. The ice cream has consistently been a delight, and my personal favorite is the refreshing blood orange sorbet.
Recently, we decided to treat ourselves and sat in for a more indulgent experience. My sister opted for a waffle, while I indulged in an ice cream sundae. The service was prompt, and the food exceeded our expectations, leaving us more than satisfied. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience.
The staff, while not extraordinary, were pleasant and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the place was satisfactory, though there's a minor room for improvement in that aspect.
Overall, it was a good visit, and we're likely to return for another delightful treat in the future. The enticing options and consistently enjoyable flavors make Creams Cafe a go-to spot for our...
Read moreTook my 2 young children here on Sunday, food was lovely until I had some of my ice cream ( chocolate praline one I think it was) there was a bit of sharp plastic in the ice cream that hurt my mouth! I told them and they said it was to do with the delivery driver being rough and it was part of the lid!! Instead of offering me a refund They asked if I wanted another scoop of the same ice cream?! WTAF. I’m just glad it was not my 20month old son or my 5 years old daughter eating the ice cream! They were still serving the ice cream to other customers after I had told them about the plastic!! Should have put a new one in! Terrible. My daughter used the toilet and there was no toilet roll and dried poo on the rim.. the toilet was disgusting I had to wipe it down before my child could use it!! We left straight after that and left most of Our order. Shame really because the food is lovely! I would never take my children...
