Domino's Pizza - Eastleigh — Restaurant in Eastleigh

Complete disappointment. No problem with the food or the service. The ' manager ' was extremely rude and abusive towards a member of staff. It was completely unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the company. Is this how things are behind closed doors ? I found out that unfortunately this is a well established manager ( always seems to be the case ) that seems to feel it is acceptable to treat a person like this. I am put off my food and now can't eat it. I will be taking this as far as I possibly can through hr and its compliants process. I will also be making people aware of this in the local comunity as far as I can. Bullys need to be stood up to. This is what I intend to do in the most professional way possible. I phoned the manager and made him aware of his display of manhood, he said I am sorry you feel that way. It isn't just the way I feel it is what I physically witnessed. Discussing behaviour. Karma is a batch, he better watch out because what goes around comes around. Went in for a collection with my Girlfriend on a cold snowy night ordered the 2 tasty deal and a desert the lad serving took our order and said it would be 15 mins, I said no probs can I pay by card now but was told no pay when there ready, again no problem, 15 mins later the pizzas were up on the counter but on trying to pay a blonde haired lad handing the pizzas over now decided to announce they can't take card, asking why we weren't told when ordering meaning we could of gone to the hole in the wall the lad simply said your not from around here are you? To which we replied yes we are but didn't fancy walking up and down eastleigh high st in the freezing weather getting cash while our pizzas now got cold. Again asking why waznt we told when ordering the lad said because I've been out the back alot. At this point we exited hungry and went up to pizza hut.

Food = n/a Exterior = ok Interior = clean but cold Staff = shocking

3 stars food smelt good and was ready but sadly due to the communication skills or lack of from the manager and staff the food never got...

This should be a five star review and I rarely give low stars (kind of know what places to avoid). The saying you get what you pay for is/should be true. I've tried other Pizza places and I'm happy to pay the extra for quality and flavour. As a previous employer to a couple of their other stores I know the high standards and quality control they follow. The Pizza was hot, reasonable waiting time as walked in. Tasted great. What let's this store down is attention to detail or rather lack of care. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through properly. Over half the edge showed no sign of pizza cutter. This wasn't the first time but it was the worst time. It also makes me question what other tasks are being completed half heartedly. For the price (which I'm not disputing) this should not be happening. I had to get my own pizza cutter out and do the job properly. This shouldn't be happening with the way the company takes pride in every aspect of their service. I will use them again and hopefully they will pay more attention to...
