Cafe Myel — Restaurant in Elmbridge

My first try here and it is outstanding.

This is the first cafe I have tried in this area. The coffee was wonderfully rich and smooth with a great depth of flavour.

The menu is great with choices for all at a good price too. Lots of seating inside with table service the cakes are another big hit for me.

Unfortunately there is a step up so no wheelchair access to the inside that's a great shame. I forgot to ask if they had s ramp so best phone ahead.

This cafe is run by the absolute sweetest staff, the coffee is good and there are always dairy alternatives available; the eggs royale are fantastic and the vibes are always nice inside. It only took a couple of visits for them to remember my drink order and make me feel like a regular already. Lovely cafe, nice atmosphere, has seating g outside which is great on a sunny day. I didn't try any food but had an oat matcha latte - too much matcha and not enough milk. I couldn't finish the drink unfortunately. The recipe needs to be changed as it is way too much matcha to have in one go.
