I’ve visited Kentucky Fried Chicken, Walton on Thames twice in the past 2 months…I am a regular user of Kentucky Fried Chicken Worldwide…
Please note my service experience the 2 times I have visited Kentucky Fried Chicken, Walton on Thames, UK in tbs past 2 months!
1st time…I left without being given my paid for drink as I was not made aware it was not in my bag…upon realising this I returned to find another customer taking my drink…when I pointed this out to the counter staff I was advised it was my fault as I had not checked my order with ridicule and attitude…No customer service!!
2nd time…I asked why even though there were additional PEPSI type dispensers why I could not have my request for a particular PEPSI…I was treated with ridicule once again by the staff member who was serving me with no understandable reply along with same attitude from an a additional staff member and 2-3 motors cycle couriers with helmets on…it was a most unpleasant service…
Note to area manager - Kentucky Fried Chicken, Walton on Thames, UK branch…Urgent customer service training required for staff…Believe it or not…the customer is sometimes right!!

Read moreI have had enough of this KFC branch. Each visit seems to get progressively worse, and after several attempts at giving them the benefit of the doubt, it’s clear this is the fast food for catastrophe.
The staff here are a complete embarrassment. Customer service is nonexistent, with one particular girl showing some of the worst manners I’ve ever encountered in a fast-food restaurant. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude, making the ordering experience more stressful than it needed to be.
On other times, to make matters worse, the other staff members seem unable to understand basic English, leading to almost guaranteed misunderstanding and, predictably, messed-up order. It’s not just a language barrier issue; it’s a blatant lack of proper training. It’s clear that management has not invested in adequate training for their staff, and the customers are suffering because of it.
If you think ordering online is the solution, think again. On the last few occasions, the food arrived in such poor condition that I could hardly believe they had the audacity to send it out. Missing items, cold, dry chicken, missing items in meals, and pathetic portions have become the norm. It’s like they’ve stopped caring entirely, and management has no control or oversight over the quality of service and food leaving the kitchen.
This KFC branch desperately needs a serious overhaul. The management needs to step up, train their staff properly, and restore the basic standards of quality and customer service. At very busy time when you enquire about your order they will always respond you against the customer services ethics. And it does not happen only once they have been doing this with me and my fellow workers and i have been patient. To me worst customer services in Walton on thames. i have been racially abused by KFC employees and manger workers i can’t see his name properly but I’m sure his name is Bardely . I am a motorist rider that delivers on just eat and uber eats this is my horrific experience. Once i asked the worker how long the order that i was going to collect after patiently waiting 20 minutes was going to take but was told to not ask questions and wait till i am given. I then asked to speak with the store manager and he said that he is the manager but you can tell he was lying, with his facial expressions he was disrespectfully speak to me telling me and called his other colleague to start shouting and to try get me out of the store. After all the shouting that i received he then told me to never step into the KFC store and said i am banned from receiving orders from here as of right now and the foreseeable future according to employee. i was also told to never accept orders from KFC or to even step into the store this has a mental health affect on me since i have never experienced this time of racial discrimination and segregation they didnt wanna even...
