This is a home from home! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the incredibly friendly Emma and Carl which instantly puts you at ease. Surrounded by the beautiful aromas of coffee and old books, all the stress of the day disappears. I took my 2 children in for a hot chocolate and they were spoken to like little adults, they ordered their own drinks then sat comfortably with a book in hand. The food we had was incredibly tasty and, as I discovered afterwards, is all locally sourced. I strongly recommend the pecan sticky bun! They offer a fantastic variety of drinks to suit all needs. The collection of books is incredible, they offer a variety of genres which would suit any preference. I greatly enjoyed my two recent visits to 35 West, having not visited since early 2020. It's a very different place, now, though has maintained an intriguing selection of books to browse and read, along with its cosy nooks. The key transformation is in the wider drinks offering and the variety of creative community events it now regularly features. A great selection of coffees, teas, and speciality beers – Belgian beers are a key feature – adorn the charmingly fitted-out main area when you enter.

The staff are friendly and knowledgable, although they could probably do with some additional support for the 11:00 rush – perhaps it was just the half term week in which we visited – as if they continue to grow in popularity they will struggle to keep up with the orders!

I hadn't been back to Leominster in about 25 years. Today I found 35 West. I loved the place. I was tempted to go to the pub, but was driving. I don't like ordering soft drinks in a pub. By chance 35 West was open. I really wish we had a place like this in Malvern. The lady who served me was really nice. This time it was a Ginger beer instead of the brilliant beers on offer.
