Very nice and fairly clean place, toilet is located through staff area but nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and polite and the service is prompt. You can see your food being prepared across the bar, so sure it is fresh. I have tried their breakfast and coffee latte. Sorry but the latte was just coffee with milk and the breakfast was just average. Not too keen to try them again as bit pricey for what it was in terms of food. We are always treated to wonderful treatment by all the staff. My husband has very restricted mobility so has to stayon his mobility scooter. They make us feel so welcome. The staff move tables and chairs to accommodate us plus my assistance dog. They don't make us feel a nuisance at all. The menu is extensive and the food is always hot and delicious. A great, very clean, cafe in the heart of Poole, Dorset. The variety on the menu is lovely from Full English Breakfast, Jacket Potatoes, Main Lunch Meals and Sandwiches. And many more..
