I have been here twice in the past month for lunch and I absolutely love it.

The food is authentic in taste and absolute top quality. The portions are generous in a good way. For example, my pizza came absolutely covered in high quality toppings both times!

The desserts are also outstanding. I highly recommend one of the ice cream puddings.

Also, I'm gluten free and the range of choice and the attention to detail from the staff with allergens is top tier.

More generally I have been very impressed with the service. The staff are attentive and happy to answer any questions. On both occasions I have visited an issue came up. On one visit the kitchen forgot to add extra mushrooms to a pizza. The staff went out of their way to apologise and ultimately waived the service charge which was very kind. On my second visit, they accidentally cooked some of the mains before starters were finished. For those affected, they actually cooked a fresh dish!

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If I ever want Italian food in the future it's going to be my go to place. I hope they stay open in Chippenham for...

We came here for a Christmas meal. We work in Chippenham and this was recommended by people who work in the office. We had a fantastic time. There was 5 of us in the party, all women .The team were welcoming and friendly, the menu was extensive and there was something for everyone. The food and wine were top quality and the meal and service was excellent . We clearly stayed longer than the official closing time but the team were friendly, not pushy at all and happy for us to continue our evening even though the restaurant was empty by this point. A lovely lady from the restaurant offered to take us home after we realised there were no taxis running past 11pm on a Monday. She was so kind and willing to help us. We booked a table for 7pm for four a month in advance for a birthday celebration. Arrived on time and were kept waiting for 10 minutes as the table wasn’t ready. The restaurant was very busy. Orders for main course (no starters) taken at 7:20 and due to noise level had to repeat order details four times. We followed up at 8pm as food hadn’t arrived. We were told as we didn’t order starters, that’s the case of the delay and it would be another 10 minutes for three pasta dishes and one pizza. Food finally arrived at 8:20. Food itself was very very good, the major disappointment was around the delay and service as nobody checked in to advise or even explain the delay.
