Online order, I ordered hummus with bread, the picture led you to believe a a good amount with equal amount bread, I got a tiny pot, and Basically a wrap bread quartered (£4) disappointed

The Spanakopita (spinach and cheese) parcel pastry type thing, in the picture was many samosa type things, looked good, what we got was one giant what looked like a Chelsea bun only greener, and very crispy, cold, dry, like it had been pre-made and sat for a while (£4) disappointed

The wraps, we ordered a vegetarian (just salad and chips) with humous and a veggie bifteki (fake meat) with tzatziki, was called by the staff to say no fake meat, and can replace with halloumi, which was fine, what we got:

so I got the fake meat which I was confused with but didn’t mind, and the just salad wrap turned into the halloumi wrap, didn’t mind either,

the wraps tasted fine, not delicious but not bad, chips in pitta bread with basic tomato and lettuce salad and basic halloumi, not coated or fried, just raw white soft cold halloumi, and the wrong sauce, the sauces with the wraps were the wrong way which I can get over easy, staff errors happen, not a big deal

The veggie bifteki one was better, exactly the same filling but the fake meat was pretty delicious, and with wrong sauce, I was shocked and worried it wasn’t fake meat though but I’m sure it was £7 each, and to note a wrap with no fake meat or halloumi is also £7, that’s more disappointment for me, for the fact that chips and salad wrapped in bread is £7 when I could go subway and have a a foot long which would be double the size, far more salad, some choice from filling, choice for sauces etc for less

You can say subways is a chain and this isn’t but a customer will order what is tastier, especially if it’s cheaper

I probably won’t order again for a long while, maybe they are just getting set up so things need tweaking, it’s not BAD, I’m just disappointed, because the website is misleading, im not a stranger to cheap and cheerful places so it’s not like if the website accurately represented what I got then it would of deterred me, I still would try,

If the prices were lowered maybe I would order again, the website being misleading isn’t an issue now the restaurants got a few reviews on Google and you can see the difference in the photos, maybe I should of checked reviews first before just blinding trying to try/support a new...

Pretty disappointing, service was slow, o ly about 4 customers in store and waited about 40 minutes, chips were pretty stale, lots of staff members working but seemingly needed a push as weren't up to much. Also playing very loud EDM off YouTube which is strange for any business let alone somewhere for people to eat in. Decor is really nice in the store. Everything was clean just a shame the food and wait were a let down..

Dropped down to one star for second visit. Tried again to give them another chance as they seem to be getting good reviews. Sadly after an hour and a half wait and cold food, very little concern showed when asked where food was.

Totally Outstanding ! Both the food and service! We booked & sat in for our meal such a great atmosphere very welcoming we could easily have been sat in a little taverna on an island !! The restaurant was bustling but felt very relaxed and chilled. We all had starters,mains and a dessert and a few Mythos’s each so was great value for money spending about about £35 pp (all dishes were reasonably priced and certainly of good portion size ) Nothing was too much trouble at all for the guys tonight so Thank you Santorinians for having us over x See you...
