I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I placed an order at 4.30pm and asked for it to be ready for collection at 6pm. The order wasn't big, just food for 8 people for an occasion. I arrived to collect the food at 6pm prompt. I was told that it was still being prepared and that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Five minutes came and went, then 10, then 20. The food eventually was ready at 6.45pm - 45 minutes late, what a joke! They clearly hadn't prepared the food, even though I had pre ordered. They only started cooking it when I arrived. The girl at the counter thought this was funny and refused to do anything about it. I asked to speak with the manager and they were not helpful. Eventually they agreed to take some money off the bill, however this wasn't the point, I wanted the food ready on time. Having gone there we were very disappointed with the amount and quality on offer. I asked for a box of gulab jamun (1/2 kg). Read moreBeen using for many years now. Appears there has been a change in ownership, new staff and or new Chef. Past couple of times order has been incorrect. On the last visit the order was agian wrong but more worryingly the food was very poor. Aloo Parothas mainly made of roti very little mixture, samosas soggy and very oily and little mixture, samosa chutney was very watery, Aloo gobi raw potatoes and Jalebis were stale.
