Argo Lounge — Restaurant in England

December 2022. Went here for dinner with my partner, we both had the chicken paramo burger, chips and slaw. We both added an extra fillet which is great that you can do that! On arrival, we were asked if we had any dietary requirements or allergies then instructed to pick a seat. I liked being able to pick so we could avoid loud parties. We ordered and paid at the table and very quickly our drinks came out and shortly followed by our dinner. All the food was amazing, the staff very friendly also. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻. Went the next day for lunch and it was very busy, waited about 5 mins to be seated which was fine as its quality food. Again it came very quickly and tasted amazing.

December 2022-We went to the argo Lounge just over a week after the first visits but with our 2 young children. Caters well for kids. The mac cheese was missing the garlic bread which wasn't a big deal and the chicken in our burgers were slightly over done so they were very Crispy, still tasted nice but not as nice as our previous visit. December 2023 - again, beautiful food, amazing atmosphere. Love it in here April 2024 -went here for our anniversary meal, had a lovely meal. Staff so friendly. Cocktails full of ice so I'd say tone down on ice and more drink 🤣 . Will keep coming back! December 2024 - came here for a date night, ordered Korean chicken burger and fries. Which tasted amazing, fresh and hot. My partner ordered the lounge bacon cheese burger which he scoffed down and said was amazing! The mocktails were tasty and absolutely loved the caramel sundae and the sticky toffee pudding went down a treat 👍🏻. The staff so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return...

It was a lovely place to catch up with old friends.

It has a buzzy atmosphere when you walk in; you are immediately greeted by one of the staff members (another checked, we had been greeted, which was lovely to see).

Ample seating, inside, outside, and down the stairs with various table set ups, couches etc, etc.

Menus are on the tables & have a good choice of all day food, from tapas to burgers and everything inbetween. Vegetarian & Vegans catered for with a good choice.

You can either go to the bar and order or much easier scan the QR code found on a card, on the table & simply pop in your order and drinks.

The drinks came within a few minutes and the food came to the table about 20 mins after ordering. The Chicken, bacon & avocado salad was so good and my friend had the buttermilk chicken & fries which looked very appetising.

When using the QR code you can also pay for your meal then and there. Obviously you can just re-order using the code!

Important part....the loos were clean and well maintained if a little dark when you go in. Could maybe use a fresh lick of paint just to brighten them up. Loo seat was slightly wonky but otherwise no issues 😉😁

Overall, a lovely place to go for a relaxed chat, with the right interaction from staff who were all friendly and made you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend for lunch, and...
