Very unruly staff. to the management you need to train your staff there is a beard lad kurdish origin need to be taught how to behave with customers very racist. Tried the classic and algerian burger burger is good but spoiled the taste with unruly behaviour. Hope the management takes some notice. Issue was about me taking photo of the burger being made not the staff which i was about to take but stopped by the staff member which i obliged and showed him my phone that i haven't taken the photo yet but still he was ranting and moaning about it. Been coming here for years never had any problems whatsoever ever always good food but this time I found a clump of hair in my food and made me and my family feel sick I rang up they were happy to replace my order but I wanted a full refund as no one could eat there food after hearing me throwing up in the kitchen. Honestly, I know the cost of living has gone up but Jesus Christ the food from here is absolutely extortionate and enough to require a bank loan ffs. I had large chips and cheese at £5.10p and the smallest pizza at £8.80p plus £2 delivery charge. In total for two items it’s £15.90p what a rip off. It’s like London prices for what reason? We aren’t in a city, we’re in Crewe which is a small run down town for goodness sake. I’m pretty much lost for words over the price, than to tell you how vile and disgusting the food was.
