Bakers + Baristas — Restaurant in England

Usually come here when I visit the mall they do the best muffins 😋 ☕ is always hot but sadly the dishwasher is still not working 😕 coffee in a cardboard cup just isn't the same. The very nice girl who served me said she has reported it several times obviously no one is listening to her at least this time I was told not like my last visit the staff were rude when I said that they should tell the customer it's take away cups only. Came here today 13/1/24 this is always my go to place but this will be my final visit here I love the muffins ❤ but my coffee ☕a flat white was more like hot milk needless to say I took it back. Reference the girl on the till I've never seen such a miserable unwelcoming face 😐 she looked like she didn't want to be there maybe you should give your staff some customer...

Missing items, burnt food and terrible service.

Service: the guys at the counter who took our order was quite efficient, however, the rest of the staff were rushing too much that their service was lacking. No attention to detail and I may as well have made my own coffee and food.

F&B: the taste of our food was quite good, however, the food was all served cold. We had to ask for some items to be heated, so the girl put our croissant in the toaster and burnt it. It was clearly black on the top and yet she served it to me. I had to ask or a new one to be heated properly. 2 of our coffees were made wrong as well. I had specifically asked for a gingerbread latte but I was served a normal latte.

Atmosphere: none of the tables were actually clean so we had to clear...

Service was slow, asked the barista for a skinny cappuccino but she had no idea what this was. Went to sit down, my partner then heard the barista saying “that woman with the pram has gone there and I wanted to clean the floor”. The staff then decided to close where we were sitting with a wet floor sign which was then in the way of my husband bringing the drinks to the table. He then moved this out the way to sit down where we had sat, only for the staff to speak between themselves because he had moved it out of the way. In future, if you wanted to clean the floor then perhaps shut the area first rather than mouth off about it.
