Amazing fresh food, the staff are friendly helpful and extremely welcoming. Disabled access is limited due to the majority of seating is on high stools that's fine if you are able bodied. Due to the close proximity of seating it's extremely awkward to navigate a wheelchair through here such a shame This is a very popular restaurant so it gets loud inside I can't fault the food and service it was great. Touch screens available as well although due to space restrictions they are close together you do have the option to order at till as the screens are too high for those who have standing difficulties. Will definitely revisit I gave it five stars for Google but to be honest disabled access is a big key let down so that's only a three out of ten for me on this area.

Bit pricey for what you get, the service is ok (takeaway style) and the atmosphere was bad. We were crammed in front and wouldn't let us sit where we wanted (area closed). The deserts were borderline a con for the portion (see image). Over all it was an IKEA version of Waga. Japanese McDonald's with a high price tag.

Impressed with the respect care and understanding of the staff over gluten free needs. Allergen information sheet was great and extra care shown by ordering at the counter for further checks. The Thai chicken rice bowl is absolutely delicious- my new favourite fast food eatery.

This was my first time eating at an Itsu, my girlfriend and I shared some sushi and a couple of side dishes. All in all the meal cost just over £30, including drinks and some mochi.

Veggie options were great, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. We spent no more than we would have at any other chain restaurant and even ended up taking some food home.

I don't eat a lot of sushi so I can't say what the quality was like, but I really enjoyed it and don't have food poisoning so no complaints here.

The ordering process was more like a fast food restaurant than anything else, you order on a screen and then the staff 'assemble' your meal from packaged dishes that the chefs have already made. It was great to have our food ready immediately but the amount of plastic packaging seems a bit excessive.

It's a shame that the restaurant has no customer toilets, but the nearest one in the Mall was fairly close. From what I saw, the restaurant was very clean.

Overall, I was really impressed and would happily...

I never ever leave a bad review, but today I have to. The service I received today was completely unprofessional. I noticed that Itsu was recently opened at Cribbs Causeway, so today I popped in to grab some sushi rolls around 6:20pm. I tried to see what’s left in the fridge and sales person, who was dusting the walls, just told me to not stand behind the fridge. So I asked him how can I check what can I get, he just said - from the screen and carried on dusting. The sales person didn’t try to help or serve me at all, so I just left. It was very quiet there and only two customers were sitting who saw what happened. Please could you provide the relevant training to that person? For such a quiet evening it’s not acceptable to provide this type of service which resulted...

3rd world place!! Avoid. Having been there multiple times with the family today will be the last one. Today at 19:30 we went there to purchase at 50%. We were first and when the employee gave us the thumbs up we entered to pick up some trays, and the people in the queue started to jump it and actually FIGHT for food. They also stolen food! I’ve never witnessed such a lack of education and consideration other than in very poor 3rd world countries.

The worst is that people do so because the staff allow them to do so. They didn’t say a thing and proceeded to charge as usual. They are necessary collaborators in such a savage behaviour. It’s a common thing apparently for what I heard from other customers.

Is that what you want when you buy food in the United...
