Thomas The Baker — Restaurant in England

Lovely food just a shame about the very rude staff member. It was my first time visiting this branch of Thomas the baker and unfortunately a very rude member of staff ruined our visit and I will not return. She was abrupt the whole time and was clearly not happy in her job as simply doing her job appeared too much like hard work for her. I asked for a sausage sandwich and while she was making it I asked my son if he would like one too and she rudely turned round and said “do you want another while I’m here”. Then she brought over our 2 sausage sandwiches and cappuccino at which point my mum decided she would have coffee and this member of staff rudely said “you should have told me while I was over there”. Poor service in the easingwold branch often 'run out' of sandwiches and lunchtime options by midday. When I asked about sandwiches I was rudely told that 'there was nothing to sell you'. They've hired some new staff who were very friendly. I'm upping my ratint to 3.
