Bewiched Coffee Rothwell — Restaurant in England

Personally I'm not very happy with the service that I've received with the past few times that I've been for drinks, etc. Staff never seem to be listening to requests. Due to personal and health reasons, as well as dietary requirements, I've asked each time for NO marshmallows, due to them containing pork/beef gelatine and I've received them within my drink. I made a point of scooping them out, to find that half of my drink contained them. A very friendly place with a lovely coffee. Staff always kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I don’t know all their names but Luke and Courtney are always smiling (As are all the staff) Bewiched is open until 5.30 weekdays, unlike others that shut at 5pm and it is fantastic that you are not given a takeaway cup 30 mins before closing time., which happens in other coffee chains. I received my order after waiting for 30minutes, the store was quite busy at this time, which would not have bothered me if it wasn’t for the rude barista taking my order and then refusing to make me another coffee, after I watched her make it with whole milk upon requesting an alternative milk as apparently they had ran out and I should have been told this when ordering, which I wasn’t.
