Jesss pizza kebab — Restaurant in England

Oh dear! This was not a good culinary experience im afraid! I used to live in rothwell many years ago n Jess's was soooo good. I visited family in rothwell yesterday n suggested Jess's, but when the food came it was soooooo bad. The pizza was, well, i dont even know what, was, was it stale, was it re baked, was it frozen n warmed back up? I just dont know but i cdnt eat it. The burgers were fresh! Piping hot n you could tell had just been cooked n thats what highlighted that the rest of the food was not fresh! The salad in the burgers had to be removed as it was stale n brown no we did not have brown sauce in the burgers! The fries were just cold n rubbery! Cold n refried or re baked or something, The 2 burgers were eaten everything else from a £26 spend went in the bin the rest of us had to go kfc! An 'expensive night of takeaway! Rubbish food Jess's u need to do much better! Verdict: If u want a fresh cooked piping hot burger this place is fine, (dnt get the lettuce it was stale n had to be removed) but for anything else i can't recomend this place coz the pizza n fries we had was very bad an if they can send out food like that to us, i have no confidence in the rest of their food quality. The food has been lovely but each time we’ve ordered it has taken an hour and a half to get delivery. We ordered today, waited an hour and a half, still no food. So i called them, apparently they were conveniently about to call me. They had decided not to do our order, and not let us know either, apparently it’s too hot to cook so they think it’s ok to just cancel your order and not tell you.

I won’t be ordering...

Was a little drunk and tried to pay twice, they didn’t let me. I demanded they cut fresh meat from lamb donner which they did, quality of chicken was great.
