Went in for a few items to take away, young guy didn't say hello, he just looked at me, I told him what I wanted and I was up buying instead of up selling. There was no communication from him or anyone else, I had to ask how much my order was? He told me the amount, and I gave him a £20 note. He didn't smile, say thank you or goodbye. Royal Bites truly lives up to its name — from the moment I arrived, I felt like a guest, not just a customer. The service was friendly, the space was welcoming, and the flavors were spot-on.

I came here specifically for the pani puri, and I’m so glad I did — it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The puris were perfectly crisp, the fillings were fresh, and the pani had the perfect balance of spice, tang, and chill. Every bite was bursting with flavor.

This place is a sweet savoury mart or centre with tables placed in it for people to eat in, no environment of a nice restaurant. The food is nice and basic. It's a shame that hygiene of the place is very poor ie air con vents are filthy and it is never on despite to hot weather and paying customers comfort. There's a tiny sink tucked away in the corner of the place to wash hands, no toilet facilities. The staff are not trained in good customer service they just serve the food.
