14/02/2025 between 06:40 – 07:40 (approx.) Ordered via kiosk on right hand side middle Ordered 5 meals and during payment phase the system seemed to have crashed when trying to print out my order. I went to the counter to explain, the very rude lady told me I was wrong I did not order, and the machine would reboot, not take my payment and to order again. I did so on the same kiosk (right middle) and the machine would no longer process payment at all, I reported again but nothing was done about this. I then proceeded to place my order at another kiosk, and it went through fine, meal received. During all this time many other customers (at least 10 I counted, tried the right middle kiosk and got as far as payment and the machine would not go past the payment section of which they all complained about, it was finally looked at. I have now returned home to find that I have been charged twice (the failed order and the correct order. This morning I contacted the Restaurant via phone to explain the situation only to be told (again very rudely) that the manager is not available and to call back later, I then questioned this and was passed over to the manager who told me to call back “administration” between Monday-Friday” and he then hung up the phone on me without advising if I call the same number or a different number. I called back straight away only to have the phone answered but no one to spoke to me and I just heard laughing in the background. And tried calling back several times after this only to have my call ignored! This is shocking customer service regardless of how busy your restaurant is!
