Blue Ginger — Restaurant in England

Collected food this evening. Food 10mins late (which I didn’t mind) except when it is stone cold. Like literally stone cold, samosa felt like they had come straight from the fridge. Nann bread was wet and soggy couldn’t eat it. Chicken in all three dishes dry and chewy no one ate it . A serious 1/10 the food was dire I’m afraid. It’s Saturday night and not a single person in the restaurant… I’m not really surprised after trying the food. It’s less than a 2minute drive home so it didn’t get that cold in transport. So bad it wasn’t even worth a phone call to the restaurant to try and rectify it as we didn’t want to have another round of food from them....

Never again will I order from this restaurant I ordered my meal for 7 o’clock arrived at my door after several phone calls later at 9:15 he made every excuse going then told me the delivery vehicle had broke down, when it eventually arrived it was warm but not hot and chips were soggy, didn’t look very nice so in the bin it went I then contacted them and he said I’m sorry I’ll give you 10% off your next order, yeah right well since a previous order didn’t turn up thought I’d give you the benefit of the doubt but never again. Obviously this order was prepared for 7 & you’ve left it & then delivered it to me 2 hrs 15 mins later ! Very bad...

You have to give one star to enable you to write about you experience, however it is not worth that. Ordered a Chicken Tikka main course, a Chicken Tikka Biryani and 2 nann breads. Opened the chicken tikka expecting cubes of white meat, oh no was a small piece of thigh and one drumstick, I hate dark meat or anything on the bone but thought, it is what it is. Started to take the meat off the thigh and the chicken wasn’t cooked, didn’t touch the drumstick. Son started to eat biryani, was gagging as chicken was full of gristle, half of the nann was just raw dough. Will not use again. I did get a...
