Boswell's — Restaurant in England

I love going into Boswells For me, my latte is always how l like it and always hot Cakes always tempting to buy. The staff are always pleasant n helpful. At times it's hard finding a table because of these situations re: this virus n distancing Apart from that Its All well organised for this purpose. Can l say whilst sitting on sofa, 11.20 A middle aged couple one carrying a full tray couldn't find anywhere to sit and were walking around looking. The assistant with dark hair noticed this and walked up to them as she found an empty table, as a couple had left from it. I used to waitress years ago l would have done the same thing. As l always used to look out for my customers if struggling etc. WELL DONE to you p.s. always lovely...

We had an absolutely lovely experience at Boswells cafe today, when we went for an all day breakfast. The waitress who took our order was very efficient and friendly and was happy to swap my baked beans for salad. The young lass at the till was also very warm and friendly. Our tea and latte were perfect.

Despite being quite busy, the food came out fast and was cooked to perfection. When the waitress served it she had a lovely manner and smile. It was such a pleasure to have such wonderful service. Even the young girl who was clearing and wiping the tables was doing a fantastic job.

I've worked in hospitality for many years, and it was amazing to see such teamwork in action. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would...

We live locally and visit the cafe 2-3 times every week with different friends We cannot fault anything about this cafe. The staff are always helpful and very polite to everyone. The food is hot and tasty with plenty of choices and staff are always happy to amend the menus to suit my Grandchildren! The management are always helpful if I ever need to speak to them for any reason. Sheryl, Laura,Nicola and Abbey are a credit to your company. Also I need to say thank you to all the hard working staff who serve us and the staff who keep the tables clean and tidy no matter how busy the cafe is....I would have no problem with recommending this cafe to anyone...Well done to all that work in the cafe...10 out of 10 to you...
