Me and my friend went in to Coffee#1 in Trowbridge about 4/4.10pm wasn't busy and we decided to have our drinks inside.

Barista said he'll be with us in a minute, we are there looking and deciding what to have, in the end opt for white hot chocolate, as we're placing order he says, ''unfortunately I won't be able to give you a china cup it will have to be disposable ones'' I said what's wrong with these cups on top off the shelf/counter here, you know what he said, I'm still in disbelief, 'We won't have time to wash up the cup's' I was in shock at this point and was taken a back we just walked out. 😡🙃 How long does it take to wash two bloody cups up DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lovely cosy vibes, personally a big fan of this franchise and much prefer the atmosphere and food quality here than Costa Coffee. They offer much more variety when it comes to herbal teas and coffee blends. Lots of comfy seating perfect for wasting an hour or doing some work on your laptop. Every member of staff I've ever encountered has been very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend. Food is really nice quality, lovely selection of sandwiches, paninis, pastries and cakes.
