A bit slow on a greeting and saying hello but young lady serving was very nice when she got to us. The star of the show was the Barista though who was extremely skilled in her craft. By far the best coffee I've had in a long time - I had a soya mocha and many coffee shops aren't competent at frothing the milk well as it has a lower fat content than dairy milk. This lady was ace and the milk was silky perfection. The hot chocolate for my friend was also perfect she said (with a choice of generous chocolate powder on top or sprinkles like mine), and the latte for my brother had a nice design on the top. I loved the crockery too but then I'm a nerd about things like that! Highly recommended and a friendly cheerful manager who was helping with tables and laughing with his staff.

Nice cafe. I was attracted here for a small number of allergy free items available. There’s usually a gluten free egg and cress roll, premade salad boxes, fruit, vegetable sticks packs and crisps that I can eat here. It can get busy here though at peak times. Nice staff, professional. Good location near town centre, the gym, the cinema, Goggling squid restaurant and plenty of parking nearby.

The best coffee shop in Wokingham. Nice pastries which are clearly made from quality butter and not too heavy. Tasty coffee and, it’s a small thing but, love the way they give you your cappuccino with a little plate and spoon. It’s always very busy though, so the staff look rushed!

I visited for the first time Brown Bag in Wokingham this morning, I went with my 15 month old to get a take away and im 6 months pregnant and was ordering a toastie, croissant and brownie (£8.70) for my sons lunch before getting the taxi. The guy on the till didn’t smile once and wasn’t particularly friendly either! I specified 3 times which brownie i wanted as they all had various different chocolates on top, when I left i got straight into my taxi that was waiting to take me home to Shinfield I realised the man/colleague had given me the wrong cake! Despite me pointing and specifying which cake i wanted, and theyre not cheap £2.50 for a brownie?! I received one with an oreo and i cant stand oreos! I hope you can assist me with a refund? Not happy as I’m chose to go to Brown bag over Starbucks which was just around the corner… and i regret now not going there as they’ve never made a mistake with my lunch order. I await your response and hope you can resolve...

My partner (black male) and I (white female) have been coming to Brown Bag for years, most weekend to get milkshakes. We always bring our dog and have had no issues. Our dog doesn’t make any kind of fuss at all- no sound and will just stay in my arms or on my lap. In the past month, new staff have been awful. Usually we will sit outside and wait for the milkshakes (as they always take forever) but this time I waited inside with our dog while my partner went elsewhere. I was fully responsible for our dog. When our milkshakes finally arrived, my partner, who had just come back, took our dog from me to carry him out. The staff went up to my partner to moan about our dog even though I was the one who was taking care of him. This has happened to my partner on multiple occasions at Brown Bag now and seems...
