As a note, I very rarely go through the Drive-Thru anywhere, and have never been Thru it at this BK, so cannot vouch for the experience. I have only ever eaten in or ordered in-store and taken out.
Good enough BK here, for the most part anyway, I have been to better and worse and I have been here a few times now so have a general sense of their average service level.
The staff are friendly and always polite, to me at least, though sometimes seem to take a little too long to sort things out or serve you (though to be fair I mostly use the ordering Kiosks now or the mobile ordering on the app) and I dont know if this is cos they are understaffed, undermotivated or some other reason, and though I have never really encountered any bad attitudes here, I do sometimes sit there thinking, there should be someone out here tidying up and sorting out the tables.
For the most part the food is good, the odd glitch but never anything worth really getting the hump about, though I did have one time where they 'forgot' to put the lettuce, tomato and onion on my whopper, and the couple of times I have had to go back to the counter (such as had cheese missing or bacon or all the dressings as above, or I had the wrong size fries), my issue was resovled fairly quickly and without hassle.
The negatives, the sauce section, always looks like its been vandalised and needs a clean, this ties in with not having anyone the floor dedicated to keeping the dining area tidy, thus, sometimes they do not really take enough care of the dining area at all, when they should and clearly could.
I have been there a number times, been sat there for over half hour and not seen a single person come out and have also had to clear a table a number of times when I have arrived,despite it not being very busy at the time, also the bins are almost always full.
This really is down to lack of people management and is something they really need to address here, dont get me wrong, it doesnt look like a tornado has gone through the place, but it does look like they have a minimalist approach to taking care of it as in, yeah when we get around to it.
The other negative/potential issue is the locked toilets, which can be a cause of issues for some folks, but they do this because they get folks wandering in just to use the loo of course. I have never had a problem with it myself, getting into them or out of them and I have never had to wait too long before they get unlocked.
Overall, I have had generally good experiences at this BK, bar the grumbles above which in one way or another are a regular occurence unfortunately, over multiple visits at different times of the day and week.
The food is usually good for the most part (Which is really why we all go there of course) and I usually stop here if I am in the vincinity and have time and fancy a bite.
My parting advice, to any BK visitors, to any BK, get the BK app, there are tons of deals on it, and you can use the codes on the kiosks too, without it the prices are outrageous and you are likely to be rather upset at paying almost double the price without it when you discover you could have had your meal for £4.xx...

90% of the tables were filthy with food all across them, you choose eat in on the machines, they give you a bag, can’t be a coincidence that everyone else eating there also didn’t have a tray (can only assume they can’t be bothered to clean them)
Drinks from the drink machine tasted like pure syrup as if there wasn’t enough soda water in the machine, the sauce dispensers had no pots so if you wanted ketchup you had to use a drink lid (not ideal due to the hole for the straw) and also the sauce should have been replaced in the morning according to the sticker on them.
Prices are also horrendously expensive for what you get given in this specific restaurant considering the food was lukewarm at best.
If I could rate 0* I would it was that bad.
The only thing that was any good was the frozen Fanta.
Do not go to this place whatsoever, Nando’s next door will be similarly priced but infinitely...
Read morePossibly the worst customer service ever. The server could barely speak or understand a word of english and the only one that could looked and was acting like she was from la la land. The server took so long to prepare the order half the stuff sat on the tray was cold by the time we waited on him cooking the fries. The shakes had melted into slop. I took 2 boxes of chicken nuggets back to the counter to complain about them been cold and the girl from la la land commented to me that her colleague was "" useless and slow "" The joys of working in Burger King !! Won't be bothering again that's for sure. Just also seen the new one on the seafront in Brighton is also owned by same franchisee Leon Kennedy well lets just hope this time they have done some staff training in English and its about time BK learned how to cook on griddles rather than microwaves as tha's all they use to warm up their pre cooked burgers...
