Burger King — Restaurant in England

I must say that my visit to the Burger King at Butlins in minehead was great. The staff there are amazing, very polite and very helpful. I would like to congratulate them all on their positive attitude and staying professional whilst also delivering food quickly and efficiently. My order wasn’t the smallest of orders and everything was spot on. 100% professionalism and 100% the best experience I have ever had in any Burger King. I highly recommend! Keep up...

I was given the drinks with ice while asked without ice. So I took the drink to the till and requested to take the ice out from it. The gentleman (!)who was serving put his fingers in my drink took the ice out and gave it back to me (14:05 pm @ 15/4/17). I could not believe my eyes !! I then called the duty manager and he replied it was "JOKE". I came here to spend some good time and indeed it was an experience. Weldone...

Burgers all cooked, fries all cooked, and 2 incompetent staff wondering what to do next… my food was sat for 3 minutes with no drinks while they made drinks for the next 3 orders! I’ve worked in fast food and you need staff who are capable of pulling their finger out when it gets busy! 25 mins total to get served would have been quicker to go to a sit...
