Burger Plus — Restaurant in England

So we have ordered from these before. Food was not bad last time so tried again. This time we did a pre order. As you can see from the picture attached when you pre order this is how the times come up. (Yes this is todays date as I wanted to make sure we did see it right )

Ordered for delivery at 5:55pm. had a missed call at around 5:10. Called them back and they claim they had knocked on the door but no one answer. With 2 cars on the drive you think someone would see there are people in. They asked for a pin location so they could find us. Which makes me think they couldn’t even find it the first time and weren’t at our door .

So They tired at 5:10pm so 45 minutes early. Anyways we were in so by the time it got delivered the food was cold. I did say to the guy on the phone I didn’t think the food would turn up decent having been out for 30 mins or so. And we were right. Food was cold. Burgers were dry chips got Thrown away.

I would have tried these again as first time we did the burger was not bad. if they had offered any sort of discount for the mess up but nothing at all it’s not worth it with other burger places in Telford that are just as good...

One of the worst takeaways I've ever had to be honest. Placed an order and after an hour and a bit of waiting i called the store and they told me that the driver is 5 minutes away when in fact i had to wait around 40 minutes more. So after close to 2 hours of waiting the food arrived and i have to say that i wasn't satisfied at all with the food. The chicken especially had no flavour and my partner didn't even finish her burger because it didn't taste right. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. The kid didn't even eat her food because by the time it got here it was getting late and she was tired. On top of that she said the food is too spicy and didn't even eat half of it.

Made an order and it was confirmed and being prepared on their website. I was told 45 mins. This came and went, but after an hour n half of waiting i called the store. At first I was told that they were too busy? Then told they had issues in the store. I asked if they were going to wait all night and not deliver or contact me, no answer. I said if you can't deliver I want a refund. Not sure if this is being done however my bank are now aware. I've had food once from here with its own delays but the food was good so its such a shame.

UPDATE Asked them for a refund which has never materialised. Got the bank involved who have had to sort this...
