Read moreA few years ago I gave this place 5 STARS but that was then and this is now. No prices shown on online menu thought nothing of it until we sat down and as it shows on its own photos proper laminate menus replaced by tatty photo copies which have white sticker labels put over altered prices with newer higher prices then re photocopy again. We worked out it would cost us £50+ to eat inside that then actually cost us less than £20 from takeaway part for exact same food from exact same fryer but costing £30 cheaper Theres taking the piss and taking the piss £30 on top for a plate for four people is taking the piss to a whole new level altogether It was once a nice airy restaurant now tables cramed in making it very closed in If your paying Top Prices offering customers Tatty stapled together re priced then re priced over old price menus is the very last thing you expect to be greated with.

He ordered a sausage and chips as that did not contain egg to be given a battered sausage. We told them this isn’t what was ordered to be given a sassy remark “yeah well this doesn’t have egg in anyway”. They claimed that nothing they served contained egg only to see that the batter for the nuggets contained egg and was all cooked in the same pan and therefore he couldn’t eat anything on the menu. The lad that served was rude, with a mouthful of food and forgetting to add things asked for and then telling us we had to pay for their error. We also ordered 2 lots of bread and butter, which we had to go down and ask for a total of 5 times before they were handed to me. I asked what was so difficult about that to be told they were dealing with the egg issue when there was 4 of them stood round gossiping. Will not be...
