First of the biggest and most beautiful cote cafe i have been to yet.very tidy yet such a nice cozy entrance and very clean.secondly a shoot out & 7 star review to adam who im guessing was the manager and all his stuff as one after another what a 7 star service that i felt like Royalty and livin in london i would now especially and only go to that court given the excellent out of this world service.adam your a remarkable friendly person and amazin at ur job and im sure u make it look it so easy and fun and thats i liked as u actually enjoyed and loved ur job and did with a passion. Adam was very smarty dressed, well presented and very clued on and sharp and didnt break under pressure as all around including our huge part of 20+ ppl he had more parties booked but nor did the service lack or the smells nor the food presentation and quantity and most importantly the taste and not one thing went wrong as spot on service as they would even forget a straw i asked once with all my other drinks.hands down the best service and resturant i have been to as i love cote cafe as one of my favourite but now its only the one in marlow & also thank u adam for the lovely desert as i never got to thank him which was complimentary :) keep it up great...

Hello, We have had a dinner at the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Have had a really good time: our family had arrived a bit earlier but were offered a table immediately. My wife was given a glass of prosecco on the house - a nice gesture! Ordered drinks, then mains... The service was inobtrusive but attentive. Our starters arrived promptly, it felt just like it was spot on: not too early so we had time to have a nice chat, but not too late so we didn't have to wait. Then mains. We all ordered different dishes and we had a chance to taste them - every one was delicious. I ordered risotto with caramelised sauce and my son a steak - when I tried his steak, I instantly regretted not ordering one. I do enjoy steaks when they are done properly and that one was perfect: good cut, excellent beef - tender, succulent. After good "square meal" ordered the desserts. Once again, really enjoyed them and after we finished them we spent some time at the table, just having a conversation. It was quite late but no one was rushing us. Paid the bill - please not that 10% service charge is included. So in short: great atmosphere, excellent service and vary tasty food! Many thanks to the restaurant for our...

My main gripe about Cote is the lack of any information about animal welfare. They go on about how their butcher selects the meat and how it's traceable back to the farm & animal, all of which is pretty meaningless without stating which countries supply Cote with meat ! You may well be safe if you go for a Steak since one would hope that this is sourced from the UK or Ireland but they do not state this at all. As for the Chicken & Duck this could well be intensively reared and the eggs used sourced from caged birds, there's just no information. Appalling considering the price which I wouldn't mind so much if the meat & eggs used were confirmed as higher welfare. One would expect a minimum of meat & eggs to Red Tractor requirements. The food itself tasted good except the chips were hard in the middle and clearly hadn't been double / triple fried although no doubt these would have been changed FOC had I complained. I'm 69 and I have never tasted such a delicious Creme Caramel Classic, it was absolutely awesome. Again, unfortunately one wonders what quality eggs were used in the recipe. McDonalds have a much clearer Animal Welfare Specification for their food compared to Cote I...

I'm going to start of by saying that the atmosphere and the attentiveness of the staff were very good. The meal did feel special and I will most likely return in the next 6 months. However, it is very hard to find value for money as I feel the vegan breakfast (pictured excluding the Avocado which was forgotten by the kitchen) wasn't enough. It was delicious but even a small touch to have vegan butter with the sourdough toast would have nice. My recommendation to Cote, add some beans and a second sausage and they'll have my business far more often. (Vegan breakfast £9, Champagne breakfast (any breakfast with coffee and a glass of Champagne (pictured) £17) Edit: The first review was in August 2021, my new images are from today (December 2021). This time the meal offered far more value for money, a massive increase in size of the meal. However, the staff were far less attentive and it was difficult to be served. (This is 10.30 on the 29th Dec.

If you’re looking for a nice spot to have a great breakfast, this is the place. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and not too crowded ( we visited one weekend at just after the Christmas holidays). The service was polite and efficient and the food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The formula breakfast was good value for money as the portions are good, the food is cooked well and the selection is quite mouth watering. We tried the Croque Madame and the cheese was just the right amount of melty ooze and the egg did it’s job of covering everything in hot yolk the minute it was cut open. The crepes were also crispy and lovely, with delicious melted cheese and bacon. All in all it was a lovely breakfast and wasn’t too dear, so will definitely be back for more.

This was a wonderful find on a cold New Year's Day. We had researched a nearby dog friendly venue but had found that it was closed. We popped in on the off chance and asked if we could bring our dog in with us and thankfully we were allowed as it wasn't busy and there was a table tucked away from the main area which was full of diners. We had a vegan and a veggie breakfast and ordered a sausage for Wellington. The food was perfec and came quickly after our order. My coffee tasted so good that I had to have another. Most notable though was the service. Our waitress took time to converse with us and made us feel extremely welcome. The manager also came over to ask if we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making us smile and looking after us so well.
