I'm going to start of by saying that the atmosphere and the attentiveness of the staff were very good. The meal did feel special and I will most likely return in the next 6 months. However, it is very hard to find value for money as I feel the vegan breakfast (pictured excluding the Avocado which was forgotten by the kitchen) wasn't enough. It was delicious but even a small touch to have vegan butter with the sourdough toast would have nice. My recommendation to Cote, add some beans and a second sausage and they'll have my business far more often. (Vegan breakfast £9, Champagne breakfast (any breakfast with coffee and a glass of Champagne (pictured) £17) Edit: The first review was in August 2021, my new images are from today (December 2021). This time the meal offered far more value for money, a massive increase in size of the meal. However, the staff were far less attentive and it was difficult to be served. (This is 10.30 on the 29th Dec.

If you’re looking for a nice spot to have a great breakfast, this is the place. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and not too crowded ( we visited one weekend at just after the Christmas holidays). The service was polite and efficient and the food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The formula breakfast was good value for money as the portions are good, the food is cooked well and the selection is quite mouth watering. We tried the Croque Madame and the cheese was just the right amount of melty ooze and the egg did it’s job of covering everything in hot yolk the minute it was cut open. The crepes were also crispy and lovely, with delicious melted cheese and bacon. All in all it was a lovely breakfast and wasn’t too dear, so will definitely be back for more.

This was a wonderful find on a cold New Year's Day. We had researched a nearby dog friendly venue but had found that it was closed. We popped in on the off chance and asked if we could bring our dog in with us and thankfully we were allowed as it wasn't busy and there was a table tucked away from the main area which was full of diners. We had a vegan and a veggie breakfast and ordered a sausage for Wellington. The food was perfec and came quickly after our order. My coffee tasted so good that I had to have another. Most notable though was the service. Our waitress took time to converse with us and made us feel extremely welcome. The manager also came over to ask if we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making us smile and looking after us so well.

Good food and ambience. My sea bream was pretty tasty, although it would’ve been nice if the skin had been crisp throughout. Maybe the large amount of tapenade on top turned it soggy. I recommend the chocolate salted caramel tart for dessert. Really enjoyed that. FYI, the clementines that come with the tarte au citron are poached in some sort of alcohol, which was a little off-putting for my MIL. Overall, though, we all liked the food. We unfortunately did have an accident when being served hot tea. Luckily I still had on my black coat, so I did not get scalded nor have to deal with visible tea stains on my clothes. This was honestly the best case scenario. Staff were very apologetic and handled it professionally.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant managed by Dani, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Dani's attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly valued as customers. What stood out most, however, was the quality of the food, particularly the meat. It was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and showcased the chef's skill and the high-quality ingredients used. Dani's professionalism and the outstanding dining experience he offers make this restaurant a must-visit. Kudos to Dani for making our evening so memorable!
