Tiger Garden — Restaurant in England

Not one to leave a review but kind of had to….. Drove over to tiger garden which is over a 30 minute journey for me. Ordered two prawn purees, each with three prawns in, £9.95 a portion. I called the restaurant they said they didn’t believe it and they’d need to ask the chef so basically called me a liar lol. The whole order came to just under £100 rest of the food is all good I don’t need to lie about there being only three prawns in each portion. He said if I drove back over with the two prawn purées to prove it he would refund me so another hour drive for there mistake which id also been slightly accused of lieing about. Been a bit robbed don’t even want the rest of the food because of the treatment service etc which is a shame was told good things about this place hence driving 30 mins to get the food. To also be shut down over the phone and spoken to quite abruptly is so rude especially after this is there mistake and was treated like it was mine and that I’d lied is awful service. Food was average but massively overpriced, £1.50 for a popadum and £4.50 for a plain Naan. The coke and beer were flat and again massively over priced considering they come were literally just out of a 2l plastic bottle. Advertising a deal with £10 off per person outside but fail to tell you that it is "your job" to tell them their deals and promotions (doesn't state that on their board). When I complained the manager told me the bill had already been completed so if he was to honour it he would lose money, although found it perfectly acceptable for me to lose £20. At my request he did refund me the extortionate service charge they added which is a bit of a cheek considering the service was abysmal. Don't bother wasting your money.... much nicer places to eat in Marlow with much better service

Rude Behaviour By one of Staff Member ,we requested to change our sitting plan after we finished our starters before even they started to serve main course and tables were all clear but one of staff member rudely denied he said NO NO NO NO 4 times , cant do that , cant give you food there i was like you have chairs and tables out in garden all empty no customers except us but still denied Which was completely fine we accepted but how can you talk like this to your customers Never seen this kind of behaviour ever in addition to this he was constantly asking have you finished your food although we were eating our starters and he asked twice your main course is ready will bring in few minutes , it was like he wanted to get rid off us , To be honest he ruined our evening .
